He went on to own an manage several concepts in Italy, creating intentional atmosphere, and tasteful menus, to create a refined experience.
Chef Andrea draws on inspiration and culinary etiquette discovered in his years in Nicoya, Costa Rica, one of the five Blue Zone’s in all the world. He values ingredient integrity, cultural respect and inclusion, while maintaining the highest standard in food and hygiene standards.
